Public First objected to Defendant’s request to close the courtroom during proposed juror interrogation concerning alleged juror conduct during the trial in State v. Gerhardt Konig, No. 1CPC-25-373.  On September 11, the Honorable Paul K. Wong denied the request to close the courtroom.
