Public First moved to unseal documents filed mid-trial in connection with various evidentiary motions in United States v. Keith Kaneshiro et al., 22-CR-48 TMB-NC.  The only issue raised in the prior sealing orders was a question of secrecy related to the underlying grand jury proceedings.  Public First’s motion is filed under 24-MC-215.  Judge Timothy M. Burgess granted the motion in part and denied in part, ordering the parties to consider more limited redactions, and without prejudice to Public First requesting further review at a later date.
