On April 4, 2025, Public First asked Governor Green’s office for all pardon applications received since the start of his administration. On December 30, the Governor’s office disclosed 47 pardon applications (23 of which were from prior administrations). The spreadsheet linked below summarizes key information from the applications. On January 7, 2026, Public First then asked for a list of all pardons granted since the start of Governor Abercrombie’s administration. On March 17, the Governor’s office confirmed that it did not maintain such a record. On March 11, Public First asked the Department of the Attorney General for a list of all pardons granted for the same time period. On April 14, the Attorney General’s office produced the list. Governors Abercrombie and Ige granted a combined 225 pardons. To date, Governor Green has not granted any pardons.
