Honolulu Prosecutor: Giglio List

The Law Center requested from the Honolulu Prosecutor’s office “documents sufficient to identify police officers whom the Prosecutor’s Office has determined—consistent with Brady v. Maryland, 373 U.S. 83 (1963), Giglio v. United States, 405 U.S. 150 (1972), or any similar constitutionally required disclosure doctrines in criminal cases—that the Office must disclose impeachment information about the police officer to a criminal defendant when the officer is called to testify.”
