Public First moved to unseal the Defendant’s sentencing memorandum in United States v. Dwayne Yuen, 23-CR-16 JMS.  Such documents state the Defendant’s position regarding issues related to his sentencing for charges related to sex trafficking and child pornography.  The Honorable J. Michael Seabright granted the motion to unseal in part, allowing limited redactions.  No. 25-MC-325.
