Public First moved to unseal the Defendant’s sentencing memorandum in United States v. Dwayne Yuen, 23-CR-16 JMS.  Such documents state the Defendant’s position regarding issues related to his sentencing for charges related to sex trafficking and child pornography.  The motion will be decided by the Honorable J. Michael Seabright.  No. 25-MC-325.
