Public First moved to unseal the Defendant’s sentencing memorandum and exhibits in United States v. Delia Fabro-Miske, 19-CR-99-12 DKW-KJM.  The documents should state the Defendant’s position regarding factual and legal issues related to her sentencing for racketeering.  The motion was assigned to the Honorable Kenneth J.
