Public First objected to sealed filings by Defendant Brandy Blas in connection with a motion to dismiss the indictment and a motion to suppress evidence in State v. Brandy Blas et al., No. 1CPC-24-150. The only issue identified as a basis for sealing was the secrecy related to the underlying grand jury proceedings and search warrants. The objections will be heard by the Honorable Paul K. Wong.
