On May 29, 2025, Public First moved to unseal numerous exhibits submitted in connection with the prosecution’s motion to determine the voluntariness of prior statements to the police made by the defendant in State v. Juan Tejedor Baron, No. 1CPC-22-461.  Judge Catherine Remigio will hear the motion on July 30.
